Scapes Solutions LLC was established as an independent branch built upon years of hands-on experience in the short-term rental and property management industry. While the company itself is newly formed, our team is not new to the business model. Prior to launching Scapes Solutions, we played a key role in the growth, setup, management, and operation of a large portfolio of furnished rental units, helping scale operations to more than 50 units. After gaining extensive industry experience and developing proven systems, processes, and relationships, we chose to branch off and establish our own company. The creation of our property management division is a natural progression of that experience, allowing us to independently provide professional property management, corporate housing, and short-term rental solutions while maintaining the same standards, operational expertise, and commitment to quality that have contributed to successful rental portfolios in the past.
